Job Title:

Merchandiser (Full-Time)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing product displays, promotions, and marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

• Visit retail stores to set up displays and ensure products are properly stocked and presented
• Collaborate with sales team to develop effective marketing strategies
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any need for restocking
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Work closely with suppliers to negotiate prices, product placements, and promotional opportunities
• Train store staff on product features and benefits to increase customer engagement
• Travel within assigned territory regularly to maintain relationships with clients

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in retail industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends
• Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques is a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license
