Merchandiser - English Speaking

Merchandiser - English Speaking (Full-Time, Visa Sponsorship) We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and drive business growth. This position is open to Indian nationals with strong English speaking skills.

• Develop and implement merchandising plans in accordance with company objectives
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design product displays and promotions
• Manage inventory levels and analyze sales data to optimize product assortment
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms
• Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
• Monitor competitor activities and make recommendations for improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the retail industry
• Strong knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Indian nationality preferred
• Valid work visa for Kuwait or willingness to obtain one

This is a full-time position without accommodation. However, we offer visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
