Merchandiser Al unskilled workers

Job Summary

Merchandiser vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait for unskilled workers. We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills. The position offers an attractive salary of 1400 KD per month. We are also open to considering applications from foreign nationals.

• Develop, plan and implement merchandising strategies to meet customer needs and maximize sales;
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for product range expansion;
• Develop product displays and promotional material;
• Monitor stock levels, order new products and manage inventory;
• Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers;
• Train and mentor junior merchandisers;
• Conduct market research to identify future trends in retail sales;
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, sales, etc. to ensure successful execution of projects.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail;
• Highly motivated with a good understanding of customer needs.
