Merchandiser Assistant - Al-Kuwait

We are in need of a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Merchandiser Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Merchandiser in all aspects of product merchandising, including product selection, pricing, and placement. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Assist the Merchandiser in selecting merchandise for the store based on current trends and customer demand
• Participate in product pricing and inventory management
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
• Monitor stock levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective product placement in stores
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' products
• Assist with creating visual displays and promotional materials to attract customers
• Help maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales, and customer feedback

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer preferences is a plus
• Must be fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
• Preferably Pakistani nationality with relevant work experience
