Indian Merchandiser in Al-Kuwait

We are currently hiring an experienced Indian Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing merchandising strategies to increase sales and profit for our company. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to determine the most effective product assortments
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and product quality
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment or markdowns as needed
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper implementation of merchandising plans
• Train store staff on product knowledge, display standards, and customer service skills
• Coordinate with marketing team to plan promotional events, displays, and advertising campaigns
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify potential opportunities or threats

• Must be an Indian national with a valid biometric passport
• At least 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
