Merchandiser (Pakistani or Egyptian) - Al-Kuwait, Kuwait

We are a retail company based in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait and we are currently seeking a Merchandiser to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can help us maintain our product displays and inventory levels.

• Work closely with the buying team to understand product assortment and merchandising strategies
• Visit stores regularly to ensure proper product placement, pricing, and display
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or liquidating products
• Create visually appealing displays to attract customers and increase sales
• Collaborate with store managers to identify high-potential products and develop promotions or discounts to boost sales
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales data, and store visits
• Communicate regularly with the buying team to provide updates on product performance and market insights

• Pakistani or Egyptian nationality preferred (other nationalities will also be considered)
• Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a related role in the retail industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills would be an advantage)
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual presentation
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Flexibility to travel within Al-Kuwait for store visits on a regular basis

This is a contract position which may lead to a permanent role based on performance. This is an urgent requirement so candidates who are available immediately will be given preference.
