Merchandiser for Retail Stores in Al-Kuwait (Indian Nationals)

We are currently hiring a talented and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper display and promotion of our products in various retail stores across the city. This is a full-time position that includes accommodation and requires candidates to have a valid biometric passport.

• Conduct regular store visits to ensure that products are properly displayed and promoted according to company guidelines
• Collaborate with store managers to create appealing product displays that attract customers' attention and boost sales
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to ensure timely restocking of products
• Train store staff on product knowledge, effective merchandising techniques, and proper handling of stock
• Conduct market research to identify current trends and customer preferences, and provide insights on potential new product offerings
• Analyze sales data and make recommendations for adjustments in pricing, promotions, or product placement to optimize sales performance

• Indian nationality preferred
• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage)
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in retail industry
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with store staff and managers
• Proven track record of driving sales through effective merchandising strategies
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

The salary for this position is 1400$ per month. In addition, accommodation will be provided by the company.
