We are a leading retail company in Al-Kuwait, seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the industry
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including buying, marketing, and operations to ensure cohesive execution of merchandise plans
• Manage inventory levels to meet sales targets while minimizing excess stock
• Negotiate with suppliers for favorable terms and pricing
• Monitor competitor pricing and promotions to inform pricing strategies
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for adjustments to product assortment or placement

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in merchandising or retail management, preferably in the fashion industry
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Proven track record of driving sales through effective merchandising strategies
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month along with accommodation. This position is open to candidates of all nationalities who are currently living in Al-Kuwait.
