We are looking for a Cashier to join our team in Al-Kuwait. We are offering a competitive salary of 1200 for the right candidate, and can consider applications from foreign nationals. Our team is friendly and motivated to ensure customers receive excellent service when they visit our store.
As a Cashier, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their purchases by ringing them up accurately and efficiently. You must be able to use the point of sale system, count money in cash registers, issue receipts and provide accurate change when necessary. You will also need to handle returned items in accordance with established procedures, answer customer inquiries about products or services, take inventory of supplies and restock shelves as required.
The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills and an understanding of basic accounting principles. It would be helpful if you have prior experience in retail or cash handling environments but this is not required as we are willing to train the right person. You should also have basic math skills, the ability to multitask effectively, good communication skills and an eye for detail when it comes to filling orders correctly or entering data into the system accurately.
