Merchandiser - Al-Kuwait (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is a part-time position that does not require English proficiency and is open to Indian nationals with or without experience.

• Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and demands
• Develop merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability
• Source, select and negotiate with suppliers for the best deals on products
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of products to stores
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure effective stock management
• Analyze sales data to make informed decisions on product assortment and pricing
• Collaborate with visual merchandisers to create attractive displays that drive sales
• Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques

• Indian nationality preferred
• Minimum high school diploma
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi/Urdu
• Proven experience in retail merchandising or purchasing
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
