Merchandiser for Retail Store in Al-Kuwait

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our retail store team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail industry. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store is visually appealing and well-stocked at all times. Part-time position (20 hours per week) without accommodation provided

• Create visually appealing displays to attract customers and promote our products
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that shelves are fully stocked at all times
• Work closely with the buying team to plan product assortments and promotions
• Conduct regular store walks to assess product placement, pricing, and overall appearance
• Train and coach sales associates on merchandising standards and techniques
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop in-store events and promotions
• Monitor sales trends and adjust displays accordingly to maximize sales
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales, and other relevant data

• Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective merchandising strategies
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions based on trends
• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Biometric passport required for visa processing (if not already residing in Al-Kuwait)
• Preference will be given to Indian nationals
• Must have valid work permit for Al-Kuwait
