Merchandiser for Indian Market in Al-Kuwait

Our company is seeking a motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team and oversee the Indian market in Al-Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability.

• Develop and maintain relationships with Indian retailers in Al-Kuwait
• Conduct market research to understand consumer needs and preferences
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Plan and execute product displays and promotions to attract customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure products are placed in strategic locations
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as necessary
• Negotiate pricing, discounts, and promotions with retailers
• Train store staff on product features and benefits to drive sales
• Attend trade shows and events to showcase products

• Must be of Indian nationality with a valid biometric passport
• Minimum of 2 years experience in merchandising, preferably in the Indian market
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with retailers
• Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and retail industry in Al-Kuwait
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel within Al-Kuwait for store visits and meetings
