Merchandiser (Malayalee)

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Merchandiser who is fluent in English, to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to customers in a retail setting.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences
• Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Create eye-catching product displays to attract customers
• Ensure that products are properly stocked and rotated on shelves
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to promote products effectively
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or complaints

• Must be a fluent English speaker with strong communication skills
• Previous experience in merchandising or sales is required
• Knowledge of the Malayalee community and culture is preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
