Our retail store in Al-Kuwait is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.

• Greet customers with a warm welcome and assist them with their purchases.
• Scan items, collect payments, and issue receipts.
• Count and verify cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Maintain accurate transaction records.
• Handle exchanges or returns in a professional manner.
• Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints in a friendly and timely manner.
• Keep checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, refunds, and exchanges.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient store operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in Malayalam (English proficiency is not required).
• Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service preferred.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) located at our retail store in Al-Kuwait. The work environment is fast-paced but also friendly and supportive. We offer competitive salary packages.
