Merchandiser - Al-Kuwait

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner in retail stores in Al-Kuwait. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement merchandising strategies that will increase product visibility and sales.

• Implement merchandising plans and strategies to maximize product visibility and sales
• Visit retail stores regularly to ensure that our products are properly displayed and stocked
• Arrange displays according to brand guidelines and seasonal promotions
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstock situations
• Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
• Provide feedback to the sales team on product performance, customer feedback, and market trends
• Collaborate with the marketing team on creating promotional materials for in-store displays
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industry
• Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and principles
• Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Urdu/Hindi is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment

$1700 per month
