Cashier (Al-Kuwait)

Cashier job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait for Indian duties and responsibilities, and qualifications.

We are looking for a Cashier for our Al-Kuwait branch to join our team. We offer a salary of 1500 and are willing to consider applicants with minimal work experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to operate cash registers, scanners, and point-of-sale systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in both English & Arabic
• Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required
• Must have valid immigration status in Al-Kuwait if applying as an immigrant.

• Greet customers and process their purchases accurately and efficiently in a polite manner
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
• Receive payments by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits
• Count money in the cash drawer at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customers
• Answer customers' questions regarding services or policies of establishment
• Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive/process cash/credit payments accordingly
