Merchandiser for Retail Store in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandiser to join our retail store team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating an appealing and customer-friendly shopping experience by ensuring that our products are visually appealing and well-stocked.

As a successful candidate, you will have previous experience working as a Merchandiser in a retail environment. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team. A biometric passport is preferred but not required.

• Create visually appealing displays to attract customers and increase sales
• Ensure that all products are properly stocked and displayed according to company standards
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management about any low or out of stock items
• Collaborate with the buying team to plan and execute promotions and sales events
• Train new employees on visual merchandising techniques and company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store shelves, displays, and backroom area
• Conduct regular store walkthroughs to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement

• Previous experience as a Merchandiser in a retail environment is required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Biometric passport is preferred but not required
• Must be open to working flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
