We are looking for an experienced Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and creating floral displays for our customers, as well as providing advice and guidance on the selection of flowers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with flowers, customer service, and sales experience. They must be knowledgeable about flower types and be able to explain the care instructions to customers. They must also have excellent communication skills and a creative eye for design.

• Arranging flowers in accordance with customer requests and company standards.
• Making suggestions for flower choices that best fit the customer's needs.
• Ensuring that all flower arrangements are made according to company standards.
• Providing advice on how best to care for purchased flowers.
• Assisting customers in selecting the right type of flower for their needs.
• Handling general inquiries about flower types, availability, and delivery times from customers.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area at all times.

• Proven experience working with flowers in a sales or design environment; at least 3 years of experience is preferred.
• Ability to identify different kinds of flowers quickly and accurately; knowledge about exotic flowers is a plus!
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills; must be able to provide friendly service while solving customer queries quickly and efficiently.
• A creative eye for design; must be able to create unique floral arrangements that meet customer expectations while staying within budget constraints.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours; weekends may be required occasionally depending on business needs.
