Location:
Kuwait
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: 8 hours (rotational, including weekends and holidays)
About the Role:RIZE is hiring a Store Associate to run daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and keep the store clean, stocked, and secure.
What you will do:- Handle store opening/closing procedures and daily operations
- Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales through product recommendations and upselling
- Process POS transactions and cash/card payments
- Maintain stock levels, shelf presentation, and pricing accuracy, and report reorder needs
- Monitor product quality, including damage and expiry checks
- Keep the store clean, organized, and secure, and assist with loss prevention
- Complete shift handovers and daily reporting
- Support product launches, promotions, and display setups
- Build relationships with repeat customers
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, new arrivals, and nutrition trends
- Monthly and anual inventory audit (stock count)
- Maintain petty cash and its transactions
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) — mandatory
- Experience in the health, fitness, sports, or nutrition industry — required
- Comfortable with cash handling and POS/payment systems
- Sales-driven, with strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow structured checklists
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Team player, comfortable coordinating shift handovers with colleagues
- Available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Valid, transferable residency (Article 18 or Article 22) in Kuwait
