Responsible for supporting Distributor’s for application and sales support for all Sales Applied range of products. Optimizing the product selection and quotation offer in line with the consultant design specs and preparing submittals for projects. Required to streamline the export territory product portfolio, spare parts and price list along with the Territory Sales Manager. Acting as support to sales and developing a good working relationship with distributors and customers in the territory responsible to develop SKM sales business.

• Listen, understand and convey customer requirements
• Provide design and specification support to Distributors in the export market.
• Respond to commercial and technical inquires like price requirement and unit selections etc.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education by performing technical / product training for distributor sales and technical persons.
• Keep the Sales Management Tool system (SMT) updated all the time to ensure proper feedback is provided to the management about the market.
• Prepare sales reports for review with Territory Sales Manager and maintain customer record.
• Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
• Maintain accurate records of Distributor accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts and correspondence in the database.
• Develop professional business relationships within Distributor accounts.
• Provide status of ongoing projects and future projects together with Territory Sales Manager.

• 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in Air Conditioning field.

• Experience in split and central A/C Control system.
• Experience in HVAC systems refrigeration fittings and electrical parts
• Arabic language will be an advantage
