Enterprise Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Enterprise Account Manager to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise IT sales, account management, and business development, with a proven track record of managing strategic enterprise customers and driving revenue growth. Experience in cloud technologies, digital transformation, and enterprise software solutions will be highly preferred.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across Qatar.
• Develop strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Understand customer business objectives and align technology solutions to their needs.
• Lead the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Technical, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Prepare business proposals, commercial quotations, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the company during customer meetings, industry events, and networking activities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Account Management within the IT, Cloud, or Technology industry.
• Strong experience managing enterprise and government accounts in Qatar.
• Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technologies, including Cloud (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure), Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Digital Workplace, Collaboration, and Managed Services.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling large enterprise contracts and commercial negotiations.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.

• Experience working with Google Cloud, Microsoft, AWS, or other leading technology vendors.
• Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives across enterprise organizations.
• Strong customer relationship management and account planning skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and business development mindset.
