We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and working with product management teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers.
With a competitive salary of 1400, the Sales Manager will be an integral part of our team, helping us to reach our goals and create long‑term success.
Responsibilities- Developing and driving sales strategies and plans to increase revenue
- Identifying business opportunities through market research and customer feedback
- Building relationships with customers through excellent customer service
- Working closely with product management teams to ensure that products meet the needs of customers
- Analyzing sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Managing daily operations related to sales activities including managing budgets, ordering supplies, etc.
- Identifying new market segments and targeting potential customers
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think critically about processes and develop solutions quickly.
