We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager for our company in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process from beginning to end, working closely with our customers to ensure their satisfaction. As a Sales Manager, you will be expected to identify potential customers by researching the industry and market trends, develop sales plans and strategies to maximize revenue, proactively manage customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.

Additionally, you will be tasked with analyzing sales data to inform future decisions while also overseeing a team of sales representatives.

• Managing the entire sales process from start to finish;
• Developing customized sales strategies;
• Creating and maintaining customer relationships;
• Monitoring competitor activities and pricing;
• Overseeing a team of sales representatives;
• Conducting market research and analysis;
• Identifying new customer opportunities;
• Preparing proposals and presentations;
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
• Strong organizational abilities;

• Understanding of current industry trends;
• At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
