We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and managing a team of sales personnel.

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
• Meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals
• Managing a team of sales personnel, providing guidance on performance issues
• Creating reports on sales performance to present to upper management
• Analyzing market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities
• Identifying potential customers and developing relationships with them
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up calls or visits
• Keeping up with industry trends and developments
• Cooperating with other departments within the organization, such as marketing or operations, when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in business administration or a related field, along with several years of experience in sales management roles.
