Sales Manager job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, developing, and managing the sales team in order to achieve and exceed sales goals. This position requires a combination of strong leadership skills and outstanding communication abilities. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategies and tactics to increase customer satisfaction, sales volume, market share, profitability, and market penetration.

They will also create and implement plans to increase sales revenue by analyzing current market conditions. Additionally, they will monitor competition by studying their prices, products, sales techniques, new products, etc. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a proven track record of successful sales experience. They should also have the ability to motivate staff members and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.

Candidates must also have an in-depth knowledge of the product/service offered by our company. We are willing to consider candidates without prior experience as well as foreigners for this position with a salary of 1000$.
