We are looking for a highly motivated Salesman to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong background in sales, and a passion for helping customers find the perfect product or service.

The Salesman will act as the primary contact between the company and the customer. The role will involve providing advice on products and services, answering questions about pricing and availability, and processing orders. The Salesman should be able to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Additionally, they should be able to build customer loyalty through excellent customer service.

• Establish relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Respond to inquiries about pricing, availability, ordering process etc.
• Process orders in an efficient manner
• Keep up-to-date on product knowledge
• Monitor stock levels of products/services
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities
• Assist with promotional events when required

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
• Proven experience in sales or customer service is desirable
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
