Our growing company in Al-Kuwait is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our sales team and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company targets
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
• Monitor market trends and analyze competitor activity
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products/services
• Provide training, guidance, and support to sales team members
• Build strong relationships with key clients and maintain customer satisfaction
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

• Indian nationality only
• Biometric passport
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of successful sales performance
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
