Sales Manager job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving the growth of our business, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have excellent people and communication skills, experience in a similar role, and be able to think strategically. They should also be able to motivate their team and maintain strong relationships with existing clients as well as cultivate new ones.

• Devise strategies and plans to increase sales and grow the customer base
• Lead, coach, develop, motivate and evaluate the sales team
• Develop relationships with customers through regular visits and follow-ups
• Analyze customer research, market conditions, and competitor data
• Identify new business opportunities
• Monitor competitor activities
• Prepare reports for senior management

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; alternatively 3+ years of proven experience in sales management
• Proven track record in sales achievement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
