Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to generate leads and close sales deals with clients in the Indian community. This is an English-speaking job, however, fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages would be considered an asset.

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is 1100$ per month, with the potential for commission based on performance.

City:
This position is located in Al-Kuwait, a vibrant city known for its diverse expat community and bustling business opportunities.

Contract:

This is a contract job with the potential for permanent employment based on performance.

Experience:

No prior experience is required for this role, however, candidates with sales or customer service experience would be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients through networking and cold calling
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate deals with clients
• Keep accurate records of sales and activities
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with team members to develop new strategies for reaching clients

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (Hindi or other Indian languages would be considered an asset)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
• Self-motivated and target driven attitude
