Sales Executive

We are a rapidly growing retail company based in Al-Kuwait seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers through various channels including in-store, online, and over the phone. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills to excel in the retail industry.

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with current and potential customers
• Reach out to customer leads through various channels
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
• Analyze the market's potential, track sales and status reports

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

• Competitive salary of 1000$ per month plus commission on sales
