Sales Manager - Al-Kuwait (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are a leading company in the sales industry, currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As an Indian national, you will have a strong understanding of the local market and be able to effectively communicate with clients in English.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
• Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and motivation
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management

• Indian nationality preferred, but other nationalities are welcome to apply
• Fluent in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus)
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the sales industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Valid Kuwaiti driver's license
