Sales Manager for Indian Market in Al-Kuwait
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As the Sales Manager for the Indian market, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue. This role requires strong communication skills, as you will be working closely with clients and managing a team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in sales, preferably within the Indian market, and be able to work well under pressure.
This position offers a competitive salary of 1000$ per month, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our company.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue within the Indian market
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are met
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay informed about industry developments
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure effective promotion of products or services
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably within the Indian market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a team
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing situations
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Valid work visa for Kuwait is required
