Sales Manager - Al-Kuwait (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are a leading company in the retail industry, looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position is specifically open to Indian nationals who have experience in sales and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and meet goals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
• Participate in negotiations with key clients to secure profitable deals

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the retail industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Strong customer service skills with an ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the retail industry
• Indian national preferred due to cultural understanding
• Must be willing to work on a contract basis
• Own visa preferred
