Sales Manager - Indian National (Al-Kuwait)

We are a rapidly growing company in the Al-Kuwait area and we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with excellent communication skills in English, as well as previous sales experience.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase company revenue
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
• Manage and train a team of sales representatives
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry changes
• Meet sales targets and report on performance to upper management
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction

• Must be an Indian national with a valid biometric passport
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the same industry or related field
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with additional incentives based on performance.
