Sales Manager job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a sales team, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The salary for this position is 1000. We are willing to consider foreign applicants. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of successful sales management, the ability to motivate and lead a team, the ability to manage customer relationships, and the capacity to identify new market opportunities.

A degree in business or a related field is preferred but not required. The Sales Manager will be expected to develop strategic plans and goals for the sales team and ensure that all objectives are met. He or she will need to evaluate performance of existing accounts against quotas and goals, identify areas of improvement in sales process, create promotional strategies that will lead to increased revenue generation, maintain customer relationships with key accounts, manage customer inquiries and service requests timely, conduct regular product training sessions with clients, analyze data trends in order to identify potential areas of growth in market share or revenue generation.

Additionally he or she must remain up-to-date on industry trends and new products/services offerings.
