The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Manage the sales team by setting goals, providing support and offering feedback
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth
- Lead customer acquisition efforts by developing relationships with potential customers and partners
- Negotiate contracts with customers and vendors to maximize profitability
- Monitor competitors' activities and pricing strategies to remain competitive
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on sales performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
