We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the sales pipeline, driving sales activity, and growing our market share in the region. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of experience in sales management within the area.

The successful candidate is expected to have strong strategic planning, communication and organizational skills. They should be able to develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth and support the company’s overall objectives. Furthermore, they should possess excellent customer service skills, be results-oriented, and have a high degree of self-motivation.

The main duties of this role include researching new markets, creating relationships with key clients, negotiating contracts, managing sales teams, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, setting monthly/quarterly/annual targets for the team as well as developing plans to ensure these are achieved.
