Sales Manager - Al Indian

Sales Manager - Al-Kuwait (Indian candidates preferred)

We are a fast-growing sales and marketing company based in Al-Kuwait, and we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in managing a team and achieving sales targets.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
• Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and training as needed
• Build relationships with clients and negotiate deals to meet revenue targets
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, including forecasts and budgets
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to develop effective strategies for promoting products or services
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, with proven success in meeting targets
• Experience managing a team is preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership abilities
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
• Indian nationality preferred

This is a contract position with competitive salary ($1800/month) and commission-based incentives. Accommodation will not be provided. We welcome freshers who are eager to learn and grow in their career as a Sales Manager.
