Senior Business Developer

Join our team as a Senior Business Developer and become a key driver of Tadarab’s growth in the Kuwait market. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, relationship-driven, commercially minded, and passionate about creating new business opportunities. You’ll build and strengthen partnerships with leading trainers, develop and grow corporate accounts, and turn opportunities into long-term relationships. From identifying prospects and building connections to pitching, negotiating, closing, and growing partnerships.

• Identify and source new trainers and corporate clients through research, outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Approach prospective partners and clients and secure meetings to present Tadarab and understand their requirements.
• Deliver presentations and prepare tailored proposals for each trainer and corporate account.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with trainers and corporate clients.
• Oversee the onboarding of new trainers and clients to ensure a smooth start with Tadarab.
• Maintain regular contact with your accounts after signing.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline on the CRM, report progress to management, and share insights on the Kuwait market.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 4+ years in business development, B2B sales, or partnerships, with a proven record of exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated success closing significant deals and running a full sales cycle independently.
• Strong knowledge of the Kuwait market with an established professional network.
• Excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills, with the credibility to engage senior stakeholders.
• Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in EdTech, training, or corporate L&D is a strong plus.
