Associate Manager, Commercial Development

Position Summary

Execute the channel strategy across the cluster, which is being developed by Cluster CDT lead. Execute a compelling category story by being the go-to expert for the channel, representing the category's interests and direction while working closely with key stakeholders.

• Execution of ICP activities on the channel across the clusters and monitor the effectiveness of execution.
• Lead the category relationship with key customers & distributors.
• Key Representative for Channel through the ICP process, ensuring multifunctional input and alignment to the key growth opportunities and action plans.
• Enable the implementation of our PicOS (through 4
  
  Ps solutions) across the channel & key customer(s) with regular reviews on its effectiveness.
• Single point of contact for Sales and Marketing teams for Channel of responsibility, ensuring you to drive insights using external data resources like Nielsen, Dunnhumby, Kantar etc.
• Promotional evaluation and optimization to utilize discounts effectively (Channel level).
• Deliver Annual workbook to sales teams to include MSL / NPD targets.
• Lead and Maintain Channel KPI tracking through MBPC.
• Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.

• At least 2 years of experience within Generating Demand (CDT, Sales or Marketing).
• Previous experience in CDT is a plus.
• Demonstrable record of success in delivering key commercial KPI's.
• Foundational understanding of Nielsen, Kantar, Dunnhumby etc.
• Strong team working skills
