Senior Sales Advisor​/Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and product presentation to negotiation closing and after-sales follow-up
• Identify and develop new customer and business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their needs andbudget
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide customers with detailed information on product features specifications and benefits
• Follow up on leads generated through showroom visits digital channels referrals events and other sources
• Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on all opportunities
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved company guidelines
• Coordinate with finance operations service and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions quotations sales activities and forecasts
• Participate in exhibitions promotional events product launches and other sales activities
• Monitor market trends competitor activities pricing and customer preferences
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
• Support junior sales team members and contribute to overall team performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies sales procedures and customer service standards

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 4 7 years of proven sales experience, preferably in power sports, automotive, motorcycles, marine, luxury retail, or a related industry.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
