The Online Sales Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Asimah, Kuwait, responsible for overseeing online sales operations and performance. Day-to-day tasks include supervising the online sales team, monitoring sales targets and KPIs, and ensuring timely response to customer inquiries and orders. The role involves optimizing product listings, coordinating promotions, and collaborating with marketing and logistics teams to improve online customer experience and order fulfillment.
The Online Sales Supervisor will analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements to processes, tools, and customer service standards. This position also includes coaching and training team members to maintain consistent sales practices and uphold company policies.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track KPIs, and support data-driven decisions.
