About the Role

As a Business Associate, you'll work directly with business owners and decision-makers to understand their HR challenges and introduce solutions that improve the way they manage their workforce.

We're not looking for traditional salespeople. We're looking for people who are curious, logical, confident communicators, and eager to build a successful career.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential business clients.
• Understand customer needs and business challenges.
• Demonstrate Warah's platform to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers.
• Manage opportunities throughout the sales process.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Achieve monthly business development goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 0–3 years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional, confident, and self-motivated.
• Passion for technology and business.
• Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage.
