A 5-star luxury hotel in Kuwait is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its Sales & Marketing team. The successful candidate will drive business development efforts, build client relationships, and support the hotel's overall commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant market segments
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and leisure clients
Conduct sales calls, client visits, and site inspections
Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities
Represent the hotel at industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements

Female candidate
Arabic speaker
Must have relevant experience in a hotel sales role
Must be a local candidate with a valid driving licence and own car
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
