About the Client
Our client is an established medical-device distributor in Kuwait and the GCC.
About the Role
- Grow surgical product sales across government and private hospitals.
- Build relationships with general surgeons, hernia surgeons, key opinion leaders and operating-room teams.
- Provide technical and clinical support during procedures and product evaluations.
- Develop the market for advanced hernia and soft-tissue reinforcement solutions.
- Identify opportunities to convert accounts from competing products.
- Organize product demonstrations, evaluations, workshops and physician education.
- Support tender specifications and new-product introductions.
- Achieve sales targets and develop hospital-specific account plans.
- Monitor competitors and market developments.
About You
- Experience selling hernia mesh, surgical mesh, sutures, fixation devices, surgical glues, sealants or related operating-room products is highly desirable.
- Existing relationships with general and hernia surgeons are a strong advantage.
- Strong clinical knowledge combined with commercial skills.
- A relevant healthcare or scientific degree.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Kuwait market experience is preferred.
- Ability to build credibility as a trusted clinical partner to surgeons.
