Country Sales Manager – Medical Devices

Our client is an established medical-device distributor in Kuwait and the GCC.

• Recruit, lead and develop a sales team across multiple medical-device specialties.
• Take ownership of sales performance and achievement of annual targets.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to grow revenue, market share and profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities, product lines and market segments.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders, hospitals, healthcare institutions and decision-makers.
• Lead government and private-sector opportunities and support tender strategy.
• Set individual KPIs and monitor sales productivity and team performance.
• Manage sales reviews, forecasting and pipeline development.
• Coordinate with management, international principals, regulatory, logistics and finance teams.
• Maintain commercial discipline across margins, collections and profitability.

• Proven track record in medical-device sales and commercial leadership.
• Significant experience in Kuwait's healthcare market; wider GCC experience is an advantage.
• Demonstrated success in building sales teams and delivering substantial sales growth.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait's Ministry of Health, government hospitals and private healthcare sector.
• Established relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical and strategic planning skills.
• An entrepreneurial, accountable and results-oriented approach.
• Excellent English communication skills;
  Arabic is a strong advantage
