Basraa.app is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and results-oriented Marketing Staff member to promote our delivery services, attract new business clients, develop merchant relationships, and support the company's business growth in Kuwait.

• Identify and approach potential clients, restaurants, retailers, and other businesses to promote Basraa delivery services.
• Generate new business leads through market research, telephone calls, emails, and direct visits.
• Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients to present company services and business proposals.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into active business partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective merchants.
• Explain company services, delivery pricing, and operational processes to prospective clients.
• Coordinate with the Operations and Management teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new merchants.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, follow-ups, and business development activities.
• Prepare daily and weekly marketing performance reports and provide updates to management.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and potential business opportunities.
• Work toward assigned marketing targets and customer acquisition goals.
• Be willing to undertake any additional assignments, duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time, based on operational and business requirements.

• 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify potential customers and develop business relationships.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, email communication, and reporting.
• Good command of English; knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to attend client meetings.
• Previous experience in the delivery, logistics, restaurant, or retail industry is an advantage.
• Candidates currently residing in Kuwait are preferred.

• 10 hours per day, including break.
• Weekly Off:
  Friday.
• Working schedules may vary depending on operational requirements.

KWD 250–400 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
