Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Kuwait, specializing in tire distribution and the automotive aftermarket. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with dealers, workshops, commercial fleets, and retail clients.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities within the Kuwaiti tire market.
• Manage and develop existing B2B accounts, dealerships, and commercial fleet clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
• Provide product knowledge, suitable tire recommendations, and excellent customer service.
• Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong business relationships.
• Negotiate sales agreements and follow up on customer requirements.

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the tire industry or automotive aftermarket.
• Strong knowledge of the Kuwait market, including tire dealers, workshops, and commercial fleets.
• Valid Kuwait driving license.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
