Go Studios Group (GSG) is a creative advertising and influencer marketing agency established in Kuwait in 2022. We help brands grow through influencer marketing campaigns, digital advertising, UGC, content creation, and innovative marketing solutions across the Gulf region. We are looking for ambitious, results-driven sales professionals to join our Kuwait team and contribute to our continued growth by building strong client relationships and developing new business opportunities.

We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Sales Executive with a passion for sales, business development, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate is confident in approaching potential clients, identifying business opportunities, presenting marketing solutions, negotiating commercial proposals, and closing deals.

• Identify and acquire new clients across Kuwait through proactive prospecting and business development.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, Eurostaffs, email outreach, and client meetings.
• Present and sell influencer marketing, digital marketing, UGC, content creation, and advertising services.
• Build relationships with business owners, marketing managers, brand managers, and key decision-makers.
• Prepare sales proposals, negotiate pricing, follow up on opportunities, and close deals.
• Develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from signed deals to campaign execution.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities within Kuwait's advertising and marketing industry.

• Previous experience in sales, business development, B2B sales, advertising, or digital marketing is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Ability to identify potential clients and independently develop new business opportunities.
• Confidence in approaching decision-makers and building professional relationships.
• A target-driven mindset with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing, social media, or influencer marketing is an advantage.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting is a plus.
• Good command of English;
  Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Existing business connections in Kuwait are a plus.
