Security manager

Job Overview

Al-Kuwait is looking for a Security Manager to oversee the safety and security of our premises. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a secure environment by planning and implementing security systems, policies, procedures, and strategies.

• Manage all aspects of security including personnel, equipment, facilities, emergency preparedness, and response.
• Monitor activities of contractors and visitors to the premises.
• Communicate with internal staff and external stakeholders.
• Monitor safety regulations and liaison with government agencies regarding safety regulations.
• Implement emergency response protocols and make quick decisions during crisis situations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Security Management.
• At least five years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience managing teams (preferred, not required).
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work long hours when required.
• Excellent communication skills and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations.
